252Railways
(1)Schedule 24 to this Act (which makes provision in connection with transfers and other disposals under or by virtue of the [1993 c. 43.] Railways Act 1993) shall have effect.
(2)Paragraphs 4(1) and 17 of that Schedule, and this section so far as relating to those provisions, shall be taken to have come into force on 5th November 1993 (the date on which the [1993 c. 43.] Railways Act 1993 was passed).
(3)Subject to subsection (2) above, this section and that Schedule shall be taken to have come into force on 11th January 1994.
