The Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1991 (c. 24)
191In section 50(2) of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1991 (realisable property, value and gifts), for paragraph (e) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(e)Chapter II of Part II of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1995”.
