a

in section 72(1)—
i
in the definition of “conservancy authority”, for “the Prevention of Oil Pollution Act 1971” substitute “Chapter II of Part VI of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995”; and
ii
in the definitions of “harbour” and “harbour authority”, for “Merchant Shipping Act 1894” substitute “Merchant Shipping Act 1995”.
