Be it enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
Extent Information
E1Act does not extend to Northern Ireland, s. 62(3), but the amendments specified in Sch. 7 and the repeals and revocations specified in Sch. 8 have the same extent as the enactments and instruments to which they relate, s. 62(2).
