In exercising a function under any provision made by or under this Act in relation to a standard licence authorising both national and international transport operations, a traffic commissioner may have regard to any obligation of the United Kingdom as a party to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement that is relevant to the exercise of the function.

In this section, “the Trade and Cooperation Agreement” has the meaning given in section 37 of the European Union (Future Relationship) Act 2020.
