33E+W+SIn section 44 of the M1Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 (interpretation of Part I of that Act) after subsection (1A) (certain provisions of that Act, including section 16 (obtaining information about land), to have effect as if the Broads Authority were a local authority) there shall be inserted—
“(1B)Section 16 of this Act shall have effect as if the Environment Agency were a local authority.”.
