After “offence” add “ shall on summary conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or to both ”.

For paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection (2) (penalties for certain offences) substitute “ on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both ”.
