19E+W+SIn section 9(5) of the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990 (powers of entry: meanings of certain expressions), for the words “Schedule 7 to the Gas Act 1986” there shall be substituted the words “ Schedule 4 to the Gas Act 1995 ”.
