Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (c. 52)
24In section 274 (armed forces) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, in subsection (2), for the words “Part VI of the Reserve Forces Act 1980” there shall be substituted the words “Part XI of the Reserve Forces Act 1996”.
