The Elected Authorities (Northern Ireland) Act 1989 (c. 3)
1The Elected Authorities (Northern Ireland) Act 1989 shall be amended as follows.
2In section 6(5) (breach of terms of declaration), in the definition of “proscribed organisation” for the words “section 28 of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1991” there shall be substituted the words “section 30 of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1996”.
3In Schedule 2 (declaration against terrorism), for the words “Schedule 2 to the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1991” there shall be substituted the words “Schedule 2 to the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1996”.
