(1)The landlord may only bring an introductory tenancy to an end by obtaining [F2—

(a)an order of the court for the possession of the dwelling-house, and

(b)the execution of the order.]

[F3(1A)In such a case, the tenancy ends when the order is executed.]

(2)The court shall make [F4an order of the kind mentioned in subsection (1)(a)] unless the provisions of section 128 apply.
