The Table Buildings Authorised to be Extended and Altered

Section 59 of the M1Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (acts causing or likely to result in damage to listed buildings) shall not apply to anything done in exercise of the powers conferred by this Part of this Act with respect to works.
