In section 14(4) of the Crofters (Scotland) Act 1993, for “the 1972 Act” substitute “ the 1997 Act ”.

for the definition of “the 1972 Act” substitute—

  • “the 1997 Act” means the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997;

b

in the definition of “development”, for “section 19 of the 1972 Act” substitute “ section 26 of the 1997 Act ”.
