The Drug Trafficking Act 1994 (c. 37)

In section 30 of the Drug Trafficking Act 1994 (confiscation orders: application of proceeds etc.)—
a
in subsection (8), for “section 61 of the Justices of the Peace Act 1979” there shall be substituted “section 60 of the Justices of the Peace Act 1997”; and
b
in subsection (9), for “the Justices of the Peace Act 1979” there shall be substituted “the Justices of the Peace Act 1997”.
