7In Schedule 2 to the Charities Act 1993 (exempt charities)—

(a)for paragraph (da) substitute—

“(da)the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority;”; and

(b)for paragraph (f) substitute—

“(f)the Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales;”.
