15In this Schedule—
(a)“the relevant police officers” shall be construed in accordance with paragraph 3(1), and
(b)“customs officer” means an officer commissioned by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise under section 6(3) of the [1979 c. 2.] Customs and Excise Management Act 1979.
