Employment Rights Act 1996 (c. 18)
88In section 50 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (right to time off for public duties), in subsection (2), after paragraph (c) there shall be inserted—
“(ca)the Service Authority for the National Criminal Intelligence Service or the Service Authority for the National Crime Squad,”.
