63In section 252 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (procedure for making of orders relating to highways), in subsection (12), in the definition of “local authority”, after “1996” there shall be inserted “ , the Service Authority for the National Crime Squad, the Service Authority for the National Criminal Intelligence Service ”.
