51In section 29 of the Capital Allowances Act 1990 (commercial letting of furnished holiday accommodation to be treated as trade for the purposes of Part II)—

(a)in subsection (1) omit “Subject to subsection (1A) below,”; and

(b)omit subsection (1A).
