2In section 3A(8) of the Protection from Eviction Act 1977 (excluded licences)—
(a)in paragraph (g), omit “or Housing for Wales”, and
(b)after that paragraph insert—
“(ga)the Secretary of State under section 89 of the [1985 c. 69.] Housing Associations Act 1985;”.
