C1C29 Duty of employers to keep records.
For the purposes of this Act, the Secretary of State may by regulations make provision requiring employers—
a
to keep, in such form and manner as may be prescribed, such records as may be prescribed; and
b
to preserve those records for such period as may be prescribed.
