3(1)The members of a committee established under section 5(3) shall consist of such persons as may be appointed by the Agency, after consulting the appropriate authorities.U.K.
(2)The members so appointed may include members of the Agency.
(3)The terms of reference of such a committee shall be such as the Agency may determine.
4U.K.The Agency may, after consulting the appropriate authorities, abolish a committee established under section 5(3).
