18In section 124(3) of the [1995 c. 26.] Pensions Act 1995 (matters to be disregarded in determining “pensionable service”), at the end insert— “but, in its application for the purposes of section 51, paragraph (b) does not affect the operation of any rules of the scheme by virtue of which a period of service is to be rounded up or down by a period of less than a month.
