RemunerationN.I.

2(1)The Secretary of State shall pay to the Independent Assessor—N.I.

(a)such remuneration, and

(b)such allowances,

as the Secretary of State may determine.

(2)The Secretary of State may make payments to or in respect of the Independent Assessor in connection with pensions and gratuities.
