The Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 shall be amended as follows.

In section 88(2)(b) (meaning of “remanded in custody”) for “section 14 of the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1989” substitute “section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000”.

In section 101(12)(b) (meaning of “remanded in custody”) for “section 14 of the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1989” substitute “section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000”.
