In section 72 (effect of sequestration on diligence against earnings), in subsection (4A), for “maintenance assessment” there shall be substituted “
maintenance calculation
”

In section 106 (interpretation), in the definition of “maintenance order”, in paragraph (j), for “maintenance assessment” there shall be substituted “

”
