Any person providing F1general medical services, general dental services, general ophthalmic services or pharmaceutical services under F2the National Health Service Act 2006 or the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, F3or providing both general ophthalmic services and other ophthalmic services in accordance with arrangements made with a Local Health Board in Wales under the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, in respect of information relating to the provision of those services.
By Care Act 2014 (c. 23), s. 127(1), Sch. 5 para. 34; S.I. 2014/3186, art. 2(f), it is provided (E.W.) (1.4.2015) that at the appropriate place in Sch. 1 Pt. 3 the words "Health Education England." shall be inserted; and these words are omitted (1.4.2023) by The Health Education England (Transfer of Functions, Abolition and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2023 (S.I. 2023/368), reg. 1(2), Sch. 1 para. 8 (with reg. 7)
