in accordance with arrangements made under F11section 92 or 107 of the National Health Service Act 2006, or section 50 or 64 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006; or
b
under a contract under F12section 84 or 100 of the National Health Service Act 2006 or section 42 or 57 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006;
in respect of information relating to the provision of those services.

Any person providing F14general medical services, general dental services, general ophthalmic services or pharmaceutical services under F16the National Health Service Act 2006 or the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, F29or providing both general ophthalmic services and other ophthalmic services in accordance with arrangements made with a Local Health Board in Wales under the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, in respect of information relating to the provision of those services.

a pilot scheme established under F8section 134 of the National Health Service Act 2006 or section 92 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006; or
b
an LPS scheme established under F9 Schedule 12 to the National Health Service Act 2006 or Schedule 7 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 ,
in respect of information relating to the provision of those services.
