56(1)Paragraph 7 of Schedule 9 (application of offence provisions) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In sub-paragraphs (2) and (3), for “the British Railways Board” substitute “ a successor of the British Railways Board ”.
(3)At the end insert—
“(4)In this paragraph “successor of the British Railways Board” has the same meaning as in the M1Railways Act 1993 (Consequential Modifications) (No.2) Order 1999.”
