In Schedule 10 (punishment of offences), after the entry relating to section 235(5) there is inserted the following entry—

262A(1).
False representation or fraud for purpose of obtaining creditors' approval of proposed voluntary arrangement.
1. On indictment.
7 years or a fine, or both.
2. Summary.
6 months or the statutory maximum, or both.
