The Pensions Act 1995 is amended as follows.

In section 4(1)(e) (suspension orders), after “1986” there is inserted “or under Part II of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1989”.

In section 29(1)(f) (persons disqualified for being trustees of trust schemes)—
a
after “disqualification order” there is inserted “or disqualification undertaking”,
b
after the first mention of “1986” there is inserted “to a disqualification order under Part II of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1989”.
