35U.K.In section 35(2) of the Theft Act 1968 (application of sections 27 and 28 to proceedings for offences committed before commencement of that Act), for “Sections 27 and 28 of this Act” there shall be substituted “ Section 27 of this Act and section 148 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
