152U.K.In Schedule 1 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (persons disregarded for purposes of discount), in paragraph 1(4), for “section 9 of the Criminal Justice Act 1982” there shall be substituted “ section 108 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
