246 Certificates.U.K.
(1)If the manager or trustee of a unit trust scheme which complies with the conditions necessary for it to [F1be a UK UCITS] so requests, the [F2FCA] may issue a certificate to the effect that the scheme complies with those conditions.
(2)Such a certificate may be issued on the making of an authorisation order in respect of the scheme or at any subsequent time.
