21 Short title and extent

This Act may be cited as the Social Security Fraud Act 2001.

Sections 5(2),F16A, 6B and 6C 7, 10, 11, 12(3), 13 and 20, and this section, extend to Northern Ireland; and the other provisions of this Act do not so extend.
