(1)This Act may be cited as the Social Security Fraud Act 2001.
(2)Sections 5(2),[F16A, 6B and 6C] 7, 10, 11, 12(3), 13 and 20, and this section, extend to Northern Ireland; and the other provisions of this Act do not so extend.
