In section 85 (arrangements for consultation)—
a
in subsection (1) (persons to be consulted by NCS Service Authority)—
i
the word “and” at the end of paragraph (b) shall be omitted; and
ii
after that paragraph there shall be inserted—
ba
the Commissioners of Customs and Excise; and
b
in subsection (2) (persons to be consulted by Director General of NCS)—
i
the word “and” at the end of paragraph (b) shall be omitted; and
ii
after that paragraph there shall be inserted—
