In section 3 (objectives determined by NCIS Service Authority), in subsection (4) (persons to be consulted before objectives determined)—

a

the word “and” at the end of paragraph (c) shall be omitted; and

b

at the end of paragraph (d) there shall be inserted

; and

e

the Director-General of the Security Service.
