127RGuidance by Lord Advocate

The Lord Advocate may issue guidance in connection with—

a

the carrying out by appropriate officers of the functions conferred by sections 127C to 127H,

b

the carrying out by senior officers of their functions under section 127G, and

c

the detention of property under or by virtue of sections 120A, 122A and 127J to 127P.

The Lord Advocate must publish any guidance issued under this section.
