89 Subject-matter of undertakingsU.K.
(1)The provision which may be contained in an enforcement undertaking is not limited to the provision which is permitted by Schedule 8.
(2)In this Part “enforcement undertaking” means an undertaking under section F1... 73, 80 or 82 or under paragraph F2... 3 or 9 of Schedule 7.
