22In Part 2 of Schedule 1A to the Race Relations Act 1976 (bodies and other persons subject to general statutory duty), for the entry relating to a Customer Service Committee maintained under section 28 of the Water Industry Act 1991 there is substituted—
“The Consumer Council for Water.”
