The Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 is amended as follows.

In section 2(1) (authorities on whom duty to publish information applies), for paragraph (h) substitute—

a fire and rescue authority constituted by a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 or a scheme to which section 4 of that Act applies;

In section 152(1)(a)
(functions and powers of urban development corporations), for “fire authority” substitute “
fire and rescue authority
