In its application to Wales, the following provisions of this Act have effect as if for each reference to the Secretary of State there were substituted a reference to the National Assembly for Wales—

Parts 1 to 6;
b

The reference in subsection (1)(a) to Parts 1 to 6 does not include—
a
sections 5A and 5B,
b
sections 5C and 5D,
c
section 5E, and
d
sections 5F to 5L.

The reference in subsection (1)(a) to Parts 1 to 6 does not include sections 18A to 18C.

In its application to Wales, section 25(1) has effect as if for “report to Parliament” there were substituted “
publish a report

Any reference in Schedule 1 to the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999 to an Act which is amended by this Act is to be treated as referring to that Act as amended by this Act.

Subsection (4) does not affect the power to make further Orders varying or omitting that reference.
