Section 55 (victimisation) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1) (victimisation is discrimination for the purposes of Parts 2, 3 and 4 of the 1995 Act), for “Part II, Part 3 or Part 4,” there is substituted “ ;Part 2 or Part 4, or Part 3 other than sections 24A to 24L, ”.

In subsection (2)(a)(iii) (discrimination on account of something done under the Act), after “done anything under” there is inserted “ ;, or by reference to, ”.

In subsection (5) (provisions of Part 2 under which discrimination includes victimisation of a non-disabled person), after “14C” there is inserted “ ;, 15B ”.

Subsection (6) is omitted.
