SCHEDULE 4Minor and consequential amendments relating to SOCA

Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 (c. 16)

164(1)Section 104 (vice-chairmen) is amended as follows.

(2)Omit subsection (3).

(3)In subsection (4)—

(a)at the end of paragraph (a) insert “and”, and

(b)omit paragraph (c) and the word “and” before it.

(4)Omit subsection (8).
