I1323Use of force
1
A constable may use reasonable force for the purpose of entering premises in pursuance of a power under or by virtue of this Part.

An enforcement officer may use reasonable force for the purpose of entering premises in pursuance of a power under or by virtue of section 306 or 307.
3
An authorised person may use reasonable force for the purpose of entering premises in pursuance of a power under section 307.
