10U.K.In paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Supreme Court Act 1981 (c. 54) (business allocated to Queen's Bench Division), after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)all control order proceedings (within the meaning of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005);”.
