This paragraph applies if the managing authority give the supervisory body notice under paragraph 92.

The standard authorisation is suspended from the time when the notice is given.

The supervisory body must give notice that the standard authorisation has been suspended to the following persons—
a
the relevant person;
b
the relevant person's representative;
c
the managing authority of the relevant hospital or care home.
