Regulations may make provision about the circumstances in which functions exercisable by, or in relation to, the relevant person's representative (whether under this Schedule or not) may be—
a
suspended, and
b
if suspended, revived.

The regulations may make provision about the formalities for giving effect to the suspension or revival of a function.

The regulations may make provision about the effect of the suspension or revival of a function.
