Amend section 9 (levies for certain purposes for industries for which there is no development council) as follows.

In subsection (1), for “not a development council” substitute “ neither a development council nor a relevant board ”.

After subsection (1) insert—

“Relevant board” means a board established under Chapter 2 of Part 8 of the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006.
